Registering a deluxewin account takes less than 2 minutes. Click the Register at the top of the page, fill in your username, an active Malaysia phone number, password, and preferred currency. No documents are required for initial registration — full identity verification (KYC) is only required when making your first withdrawal.

You must be 21 years and above to register and play at DeluxeWin. This is a non-negotiable policy to comply with responsible gaming guidelines. Most deposits via FPX bank transfer and digital wallets are credited to your deluxewin account instantly or within 5 minutes. Credit/debit card deposits take 5–15 minutes. If your deposit has not been credited after this period, contact customer support with proof of payment.

Do not make a second deposit before resolving the first issue. Take a screenshot of the debit proof from your banking app showing the transaction reference number, date, time, and amount. If funds have been debited from your bank but have not reached our system, the amount will usually be returned to your bank account within 3–5 business days.

Cash Withdrawal

Log in to your account and go to Wallet > Withdrawal. Select a withdrawal method (bank transfer or digital wallet), enter your verified bank account number and the withdrawal amount. Confirm the request with your security PIN. All withdrawals are manually processed by our finance team to ensure security — this typically takes less than 24 hours on business days. The minimum withdrawal limit is RM 50 per transaction. The standard maximum withdrawal limit is RM 50,000 per day. VIP Gold members and above enjoy higher daily withdrawal limits of up to RM 200,000. There is no limit on the number of withdrawal requests per day, though each request is subject to the maximum limit. This limit may be reviewed and updated according to your VIP loyalty tier.

Withdrawals may be rejected or delayed for several reasons: bonus wagering requirements not yet met, incomplete KYC documents, bank account details not matching your deluxewin account name, or suspicious activity detected on your account. Make sure your bank account holder name exactly the same matching your registered name at DeluxeWin. If your withdrawal is still rejected without a clear reason, contact our customer support for further clarification.

Wagering requirements refer to the total amount you need to wager before bonus funds can be converted to cash and withdrawn. For example, if the wagering requirement is 20x and you receive a RM 100 bonus, you must place a total of RM 2,000 in bets before the bonus can be withdrawn.
